The FAM dicer for fruit and vegetables is an industrial machine designed to cut fresh or processed products (such as fruit, vegetables, and some cheeses) into cubes and strips quickly, uniformly, and efficiently.

The FAM Linear Cube Cutter is used to:

Cut fruit and vegetables into cubes.

Cut fresh or lightly processed products into strips (julienne).

Standardise the size of the cut, ensuring a uniform presentation for the final product.
