This heading machine consists of an automatic feeder that guides the fish head first through vibrating hoppers. The fish continue in a steady flow through the four feeding sections to the heading section.

The head remover cuts off the head and simultaneously removes the backbone from the bodies of pelagic fish.
Species handling capabilities include anchovies, sardines, and similar species.
