Linear blancher to deactivate enzymes that can adversely affect product colour, flavour and texture, while improving vitamin retention.
WATER-BASED PROCESS:
Heat exchanger in each module. The water is heated by contact with steam in an internal heat exchanger in each module. When I say independent controlled temperature, I mean that it has probes to regulate the temperature in those modules independently.

All types of products, vegetables, pulses, mushrooms.
The production may vary depending on the product.
Production for peas: 8.000 kg/h approx.

This blancher consists of:

- 11 phases with heat exchanger.
