The machine comes with an extremely comprehensive package of 18 different tool sets for round tubes ranging from Ø 17.2 mm to Ø 60.3 mm. The new price for these tools alone was approximately €70,000. Technical highlights & scope of performance:
• Maximum tube length: up to 6,000 mm can be processed.
• Intelligent control: The calculation of all required bending parameters is carried out according to the X-Y-Z coordinate system with convenient input via the touchscreen.
• Bending radius: The largest possible neutral bending radius is at least 200 mm.
• Condition & maintenance: Good, used condition. The machine has been regularly maintained directly by Dynobend; any necessary wear parts have been replaced promptly when needed.
• Usage note: The fully automatic bending process depends on the minimum straight intermediate length between two bends as well as the overall design (with regard to potential collisions with the machine/floor in complex shapes).

Important technical note:
The laser scanner of the safety system has already been replaced, but it is currently not functioning correctly. The customer may need to take remedial action or make improvements.
