Heatable for aqueous cleaning agents. For the removal of oil and grease contamination in the shortest possible time. Universally applicable for the fully automatic cleaning of small parts from production, manufacturing, and maintenance, such as bolts, sleeves, and ball bearings.

Easy operation thanks to the fully automatic cleaning process. This allows skilled workers to concentrate on other important tasks. The washing tank is filled with a mixture of water and a water-soluble IBS special cleaner (washing solution).
The contaminated parts to be cleaned are placed in the rotating washing basket, and the lid is closed. After setting the desired washing temperature and time, the device is switched on, and the solution in the tank is heated.
In the closed device, the basket rotates around its own axis at a constant speed. The pump unit draws the washing solution from the washing tank and pumps it through 3 stainless steel nozzle tubes with overlapping flat jet nozzles. The parts to be cleaned are intensively blasted with the hot solution from all sides during the uniform rotation of the motor-driven basket.
After the cleaning process is completed, the device switches off automatically.
